Personal Assistant to Sales Manager Marine NanoTech offers refit services for yachts on a global level.
We are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to the Sales Manager to support and supervise our day-to-day operations with responsibilities for sales team and client accounts.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Giving strategic guidance to Sales Team and provide advice on sales approaches during negotiation where needed.
Supervise Account Managers to ensure timely follow-up and best-suitable strategies for the clients/projects.
Take responsibility for specific sales accounts when required (involves direct client contact).
Administrative duties (e.g. weekly & monthly reports).
Comprehensive database management.
Support and assist Sales Manager with various tasks, e.g. research, updating of material/training documents, communication with clients, travel bookings.
Manage individual projects (e.g. Marketing, planning of events, etc).
Recruit new talent and training of (new) employees.
Occasional traveling (mainly USA, Caribbean and Europe).
You have: Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Good organizational skills.
Sales experience and common sense.
Exceptional communication.
Knowledge about the yachting industry (preferred, not required).
You are: A logical, solution-oriented thinker with a creative mind.
Outgoing and enjoy working in a team.
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
A hard worker, highly self-motivated, and independent.
Fluent in English (both in speech and writing) (any other language, e.g. Spanish, is of advantage).
Based in Mallorca to work from our office in Palma.
We offer: Hybrid working condition: office + home office.
Occasional traveling (mainly USA, Caribbean, and Europe).
Base salary + commission + bonus payment (depending on experience).
Work contract or freelance contract (depending on experience).

Pay: 13,186.98€ - 44,668.59€ per year.
Ability to commute/relocate: 07014 Palma de Mallorca, Illes Balears: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required).
