License Controller (Junior)
This role will be responsible for managing the global license in/out and global products acquisition agreements from a finance standpoint.
At the same time, this position will assist the company's financial and business leadership in successful strategic decision-making.
Main Responsibilities:Prepare and follow up the monthly financial planning cycle; analyze license agreements against budget and year performance.Calculate monthly/quarterly adjustments and participate in license costing review.Execute, analyze, and supervise Third-party reporting (License In & Out), including:Sales reportingManage credit notes and paymentsFollow up supply pricesRoyaltiesPayments and milestone follow upOtherCreate a new structure and supervise internal reports, software implementation, and tools for budgeting and forecasting (create a finance database with all the financial conditions).Drive financial evaluation in new license agreements to participate in preparing Business Cases.Support new product investment decisions from both cash flow and profitability perspectives.Identify improvement opportunities.Contract review.Support Finance and Controlling Management to develop short-term and long-term business plans (license/new products acquisitions).Work with other departments to ensure appropriate legal compliance and prepare ad hoc financial analysis for business functions to help contract negotiations.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in business administration or similar.+3 years' experience working as an auditor in multinationals in a Big Four Company.+2 years' experience in a final company.
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry will be a plus.Strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
