Job Description
Technical Services is a team of technical experts on a mission to ensure Nexthink customers unlock the solution's full potential and achieve remarkable business outcomes. Our dynamic Solution Consultants (SCs) join forces with the Sales team to showcase, demonstrate, and prove the undeniable value of Nexthink solutions during the sales cycle. Professional Services (PS) take the reins post-sale, ensuring seamless onboarding and continuously helping customers evolve with innovative use cases to drive value-based results. Customer Success Managers (CSMs) are the champions for our large Enterprise customers, crafting comprehensive customer success plans (CSP) and guiding them to greater maturity and success.
You'll be responsible for identifying Technical Services training and development needs and planning, organizing and overseeing the appropriate programs to answer those needs. Technical Services are our customer-facing technical resources that work with customers and prospects during their journey with Nexthink. They consist of Solution Consultants, Customer Success Managers and Professional Services.

You'll be responsible for the content delivery and quality management of the program. You'll collaborate with our Senior TS leaders and be the direct contact with our HR team to consolidate the global education strategy.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Build, deliver and oversee training programs for TS members and teams with quarterly and monthly targets.
Monitor the implementation and execution of the programs with metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of the training and have an inspect and adapt approach.
Conduct training follow-ups with the managers and employees at all levels to identify and assess the new training & development needs.
Supervise and monitor progress made via the training offered internally and externally.
Tailor specific TS members' needs to fit their specific growth requirements.
