Then this could be the new challenge for you!In this role as Telesales Marketer for Flemish-speaking clients, your goal is to contact clients and sell the company's products and services. On a daily basis, you will be responsible for finding the right property for the client and closing the deal.Receive qualified leads from the marketing departmentOrganise resort viewings for the clientOccasionally travel to France to close deals face-to-faceEnsure that all legal documents are correctHand over clients to other internal departmentsRequirementsLanguage skills: bilingual level in Dutch and an advanced level (C1+) in English or bilingual level in Flemish and an advanced level (C1+) in English. French is an added value.Be a freelance, at least the first three months.3-4 years of experience working in Telesales Marketing3-4 years of experience working in Real EstateYou have a valid driving license.You have availability to travel.You have worked with a CRM system before.You are a dynamic communicator.Experience in TeleSales/Lead Qualification and comfortable on the phone, willing to make a high volume of calls.
