This is an entry-level position that reports to the Contracts Department Supervisor and is responsible for the data entry and verification of Time Share contracts, refinances, and other contract modifications.

Data entry of new, upgrades and downgrade contracts.
Process various contract modifications, including cancellations, refinances, reinstatements, member information modifications, transfers of monthly payments and/or maintenance fee payments, down payments, Owner Transfers/Splits, and Golden Tickets.
Validate all information received to the designated client database via XML/Web Service or manual entry transmittal against copy of contract received.
Client Customer Service communications via email and BITRIX.
BITRIX Task processing from Front Office, Business Relations Administration Dept., Loan Servicing, ADMIN, Specialty Teams, Welcome Calls, and clients for members requests.
Evening and weekend work may be required based upon the workload.
All other duties and projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications Required Education and Experience:
High school diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate).
Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Must have strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Must have a positive attitude and desire to learn.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Previous administrative processing experience preferred.
Data Entry.
Bilingual (English – Spanish) a plus.
Monthly Salary: $21,000 MXN monthly
