Responsibilities: Monitors all contractual agreements pertaining to group room blocks and any special concessions involving rooms.Coordinates and executes group reservation assignments for the Groups & Conventions team.Handles all reservation aspects of a group, including room block monitoring, rooming lists, reporting pick up, VIP and upgraded accommodations.Manages client communication relating to room reservations.Cross checks to verify that the information about the group is correct.Creates and sends Visa letters and Confirmation letters.Engages in e-mail correspondence with the Conventions team as well as Meeting Planners.Acts as a team player and is flexible to assist with other tasks within the Conventions Department as needed.Attends daily Morning Meeting.Attends weekly Convention Services Meeting.Apply for this job now.
