(R-832) Financial Controller / Accountant

We are looking for an experienced Financial Controller / Accountant to undertake allaspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory andfinancial reporting, cash forecasting and management, budget, reporting andforecasts preparation, as well as continued development of internal controlpolicies and procedures. Finance Controller responsibilities will also includefinancial risk management and leadership of the ERP.TasksKey Responsibilities- Managing all finance and accounting operations and controls- Coordinating and directing the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances- Preparing and publishing timely monthly financial statements- Manage all accounting operations includingBilling, A/R,A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and RevenueRecognition- Manage and control all accounting systems andrelated systems- Coordinate and direct the preparation of thebudget and financial forecasts and report variances- Prepare and publish timely monthly financialstatements- Coordinate the preparation of all stakeholderreporting, regulatory reporting, VAT, Tax planning- Research technical accounting issues forcompliance- Support month-end and year-end close process- Ensure quality control over financialtransactions and financial reporting- Manage and comply with all governmentreporting requirements and tax filings- Develop and document business processes andaccounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls- Additional controller duties as necessary**Requirements**:- Controller / Senior Finance Manager- 5 years of overall combined accounting andfinance experience- Advanced degree in Accounting- Thorough knowledge of accounting principlesand procedures- Experience with creating financial statements- Experience with creating financialpresentations such as Board reports, investor updates, pitch decks etc.- Experience with general ledger functions andthe month-end/year end close process- Excellent Microsoft ERP software user andadministration skills- Excellent Communication skills- English level - advanced**Benefits**:Competitive
