Channel Partners Contracts Representative - Remote Eligible: Hybrid - Onsite Location(s): Madrid, ITAdditional Locations : Spain-Madrid; Italy-MilanAbout the role : As part of the Channel Partners Contracts Management Team, the Channel Partners Contracts Representative is responsible for the management of all contracts with Channel Partners (CP) for relevant countries (Spain & Portugal) in full adherence with Company Policies and regulations and all applicable laws.In this role, you will be responsible for:Administering, extending, negotiating, and terminating standard and non-standard contracts according to business needs.Supporting proposal preparation, contract negotiation, and administration related to acquired Companies in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.Drafting and executing Channel Partners contracts in agreement with the Legal Department.Adhering to company policies, legal requirements, Quality requirements, and Standard Operating Procedures.Granting timely implementation of new Channel Partners' agreements in compliance with applicable Boston Scientific Policies.Implementing the yearly contracts' renewal process and infra-annual amendments required to change existing terms and conditions.Finalizing the termination process of existing contracts in conjunction with Legal, Quality, Finance, and Business Unit Managers.Dealing with Channel Partners and internal stakeholders involved in Channel Partners' management to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.Maintaining and updating local records and registries as needed, and the Global tools used for Channel Partners management.Supporting internal and external periodical Audits (Compliance/Legal/Quality) to ensure positive outcomes and participating in remediation plans.What are we looking for in you:Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Law (preferred), Politics, or Economy.Languages: fluent in English and Spanish.IT skills: Microsoft Office.Travel: occasionally.Preferably 1-2 years' experience in legal firms or multinational companies in the legal or finance departments with a focus on contracts.Problem-solving and proactive attitude.Good communication skills to collaborate with different stakeholders.A team member able to make recommendations from their point of view.What we can offer to you:Permanent working contract with attractive benefits, such as:Private Health and Life Insurance.Attractive Pension plan.Ticket Restaurants.Free coffee in the office.Office gym.Work-life balance.Hybrid working schedule.Working in an international environment.Inspirational colleagues & culture.We, Boston Scientific, are an equal employment opportunity employer.
