Joining the HR & Travel Expenses team as a Payroll Consultant, you will primarily collaborate in the management of the ongoing payroll support in SAP. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality support performance in accordance with the agreed Service Level Agreements and within the agreed budget. You will be participating in a multi-skilled customer-focused team of internal and external resources.
Opportunity to work in an international environment with a diverse team. Managing the payroll for several countries: Germany, Switzerland, Spain, Portugal, and the possibility to participate in projects to implement payroll for other countries.
About the Job: As a SAP Payroll Consultant within TUI Group, you will participate in the HR & Travel Expenses team and provide support to the Technology Team Leader. You will manage the operational relationship with external near-shore and offshore development and service providers with respect to planning, execution, and quality control. A proactive and prompt interaction with the end-user community is vital for the success of the team.
Team: The HR & Travel Expenses team manages the TUI corporate tools related to payroll and travel expenses. We work in an international environment supporting HR departments in different countries.
