It is the guarantee for our clients of respect for the budget and deadlines for a work reputed to be very complex.Job description:As MEP Manager, you join our Spanish design and built Data Center team in order to be the final client contact in the follow up of the construction of the Data Center and fit-out of the IT room. In a direct link with the owner of the Data Center and the final client,Being the main contact between the company and the final client that will be using the Data CenterProviding the information requested for the follow up of the building construction and fit-out of the IT roomAdjusting all MEP specifications for final Datacenter tendersBeing the link between the client and our technical teamsContracting and piloting our subcontractors for the fit-out of the IT rooms.Managing the progress, in term of quality, cost and schedule and reportingClient and tenders privileged interlocutor, you support our project to success.Profile:Engineer in the electrical or mechanical field you have a minimum of 5 years design and build experience on industrial building projects with high added technical value, tight deadlines and inter-related projects. Used to adapt yourself to a client need, with good communication and management skills, you enjoy multicultural teamwork. Your rigor, your interpersonal skills and your adaptability to the situations encountered will allow you to succeed in this position and grow within our company. Speaking and writing fluently Spanish and English are a must, a good level in French would be a plus.
