**Job Purpose**:To provide Project Management as required for key business initiatives across TD SYNNEX.
Providing the structure and discipline of a formal project management methodology as well as maintaining the Project Portfolio.
**Responsibilities**:- Support and drive project delivery within the business as required.
Projects will be varied and wide ranging encompassing all areas of the business.- Project planning,tracking and reporting.- Mobilise the project team and the business to ensure both are focussed and supportive of delivering effective change.- Provide ongoing constructive challenge to shape and influence best project outcomes.- Promote project management by providing a consistent and professional service to the business.- Provide coaching and support to those delivering projects across the business.- Develop good working relationships with key individuals within the business and those external to the business as required.
**Knowledge Skills and Experience**:- Project management experience.- Effective inter-personal skills and the ability to work confidently at all levels within the organisation and external parties.- Ability to work proactively and autonomously.- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.- Excellent organisational skills.- Attention to detail.- Flexible approach and a willingness to learn.- Management of cross functional teams.- Degree educated or graduate calibre (Senior Project Manager).- Demonstrable working experience of the Project Management lifecycle.
Fully conversant with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint to an excellent standard.
