Back-up: From Oticon Wholesale Spain, we are looking for a person that generates opportunities for our Sales team and helps them with our customer portfolio, collaborating in the selling process of new products and adding valued services.
This position also supports customers with their general account queries.
ResponsibilitiesIdentify new business opportunities in customer database.Communicate with customers, understand their needs and requirements, identifying sales opportunities.Demonstrate product and systems to customers to support the sales team.Collaborate with the sales team to determine sales approach with existing customers for new product launches/campaigns.Make follow-up calls to existing customers to develop business and increase SOW.Maintain and expand customer database on CRM system - ensure all customer contact records are kept up to date.Record all customer interactions in CRM.Manage and maintain all reports in CRM - generate new CRM reports as required by Sales Director.Provide competitor activity feedback.Support customer events when required.AuthoritiesCompetenciesTeam player with excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent planning, organisation, and reporting skills.Self-motivated with high energy and a "can do" attitude.Proven track record in achieving business targets and acquiring new business.QualificationsTelesales experience essential (three to five years preferred).Sales training preferred but not essential.CRM systems experience - CRM management experience preferred but not essential.Good command of English and Spanish.Audiology background.
