Deploy large-scale, production machine learning systems.Stay current with the data science and AI landscape and innovate with new solutions for old problems.Requirements: PhD/B.S./M.S. degree in a comparable field: statistics, AI/ML, computer science, or similar.3+ years' hands-on, proven experience in an analytics or data science role in the advertising industry.Descriptive, Prescriptive, Predictive Statistical Methods.Experimental design, A/B testing setup, execution and measurement, and results reporting.Extensive experience in implementing data science and machine learning techniques to solve practical problems based on real-world data.Strong experience of marketing analytics experience and deep domain knowledge of ad tech or media preferred.Proven ability to translate business needs into a rigorous statistical framework.Experience developing on cloud infrastructure (AWS Sagemaker, GC ML).Proficiency in SQL applied to different databases (PostgreSQL/Redshift, Google Big Query, MySQL/Aurora, MS SQL).Visual analytics and Business Intelligence tools: Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Datorama Salesforce.Strong programming skills in Python and R.
