Responsibilities include leading the sales of CPEX spare parts to local customers and the service network from quoting to invoicing, deliveries arrangement, customs documentation, stock replenishment and inventory, launch of manufacturing orders, customer reporting, and follow-up of overdue items.Your Responsibilities:Review and validate suppliers' invoices.Request deliveries via haulier web portal.Provide backup during absences for:Direct and indirect purchases (PO launch in SAP and invoice review).Post goods receipt.Suppliers registry in supplier management power APP.Lead and support service network and local customers' CPEX inquiries including quotation, order processing, invoicing, account receivables, etc.
according to company policy.Handle administrative issues of CPEX Hub manufacturing orders assignments.Register all quotations, orders, as well as invoicing in the ERP system.Ensure the right technical specifications as per customer requirements.Follow up on administration and logistics (order monitoring).Monitor transportation to customer.Enter and maintain master data in local ERP (commercial information, GSP, discounts, etc.
).Ensure the financial performance of the order and customer satisfaction.Cooperate closely with Head of Operations, spares department, and Technical Advisor.Coordinate/communicate with End User Sales regarding customer status.Provide feedback regarding market intelligence to the relevant functions (e.g., business development, sales, etc.
).Responsible for continuous process improvements of the CPEX Hub.Main Accountabilities as Logistics / Purchasing Support:Responsible (including forecasts) for spare parts inventory for all required TC types.Review and validate suppliers' invoices (APOC platform).Request deliveries via haulier web portal.Provide backup during absences for:Direct and indirect purchases (PO launch in SAP).Administration of reception and expedition of goods including import and export documents.Supplier registry in management power APP.Your Background:2 years of experience.Conversational English.Mechanical or industrial background/experience is desirable.Experience in a multinational company is desirable.Ability to handle different customers and cultures.Your Benefits:Attractive compensation benefits.Employee Assistance Program.Global parental leave program.Flexible working models.We look forward to receiving your application.
