Responsibilities:Providing outstanding customer support through various channels, including chats, calls, social media queries, and emails.Offering product and service information to customers.Researching and gathering the necessary information to meet customer needs.Managing and resolving customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner.Maintaining an up-to-date customer information system.Identifying and escalating priority issues to ensure prompt resolutions.Following up on customer calls when necessary.Requirements:Fluent in Danish (verbal and written).Strong command of English.Prior customer service experience is preferred.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Customer-oriented with a strong focus on providing exceptional service.Strong problem-solving skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in using technology and computer systems.Willingness to go the extra mile to exceed customer expectations.Benefits:Monthly Salary Plus Performance Incentive
