Then join our team!As a qualified and motivated naval engineer, you are joining our Industries team, as an Industry Lead, responsible for the overall Simcenter strategy in Marine: your role is central to providing industry insights in support of go-to-market and solution strategy.
You help our customers drive digital innovation and have a tremendous impact on their successes by defining and supporting the execution of a coherent strategy for our Simcenter portfolio dedicated to the Marine Industry, enhancing the value of our products to support our customers' challenges.Responsibilities:Guide solution strategy by articulating industry requirements as guidance to leadership and product teams (recommendation to product roadmaps, partner, and M&A activities), working closely with R&D and strategies teams across Simulation & Test Solutions Segment.Support Go-to market teams by developing and driving sales & marketing campaigns, including identifying target markets and companies; crafting a compelling message; building (and guiding others to build) sales and marketing collateral; and enabling field (sales & portfolio development) teams.Work with strategic marine customers and position Siemens in higher management engagements as a digitalization partner.With this role, you will get the opportunity to work with extremely motivated and hardworking people on challenging problems that will stimulate your creativity as well as under a management that actively fosters growth and development.Your qualifications:We would love to hear from you as an experienced (more than 10 years) engineer in Naval Architecture or Marine Engineering.
Ideally, you have experience in consulting, product management, business development or sales.You can develop and drive long term business.You have a strong ability to find innovative approaches and to show initiative in overcoming challenges.Thanks to your excellent communication skills in English, you build positive relationships with your colleagues all over the world-wide organization, and you can collaborate with multi-functional teams as well as disseminate your message to people at different levels of management and technical backgrounds
