Do you have some experience in sales and want to become a part of this team helping people all over the world?
Then we are looking for you! Your roleAnswering inbound calls with a repair request for appliances.
You should have a strong commercial profile, capable of making sales and hitting targets.
ResponsibilitiesYou will be part of an Elite team that shows best practice and tests new products and material.You will be answering inbound calls in Portuguese and offering insurances to the consumers.Consumers that have purchased a new appliance will give you a call to register their appliances.
Your role will be to capture all the details and confirm the registration.Once that is done, we will expect you to explain the legal warranty and offer additional consumer insurance.You should have a strong commercial profile, good knowledge of sales techniques, and know how to deal with objections.You should also have strong customer service skills, be used to working to targets and changes in products.In addition, you should be a strong communicator who is able to provide insightful feedback on processes and best practices.RequiredLanguages: Fluent in Portuguese and English (Spanish would be a plus).
Able to effectively communicate to customers.At least 1 year of sales experience.Dynamic, rigorous, diplomatic, and highly communicative.Easy adaptability to different partners.Teamwork and proactive.Excellent customer service skills.BenefitsPart-time Job, from Monday to Friday 30H.Good stable salary with high sales commissions, Tickets Restaurant, Company Life Insurance.Young, dynamic, and international work atmosphere with comfortable work conditions.LocationHybrid (2 days office/3 days home) Madrid.
LanguagesNative Portuguese (from Portugal due to cultural aspect) + English (B2).
Spanish would be an advantage.

Salario: 13.125,00€-15.000,00€ al mes.
