Job Description: Responsibilities of the Contracts Manager:
Contract Set up Phase:Contract type selection and implementationEstablish negotiation strategyNon legal support to set up contract basis up to final contract draftAdvise on liabilities (delays, contract breach) between contractors and clientMitigation dispute avoidance advise, claim and dispute log and trackingContract AdministrationConduct final cost check and identify deviationsAnticipate and notify contractual deviationsCoordinate the production of contractual adviseTrack changes, claims and their financial impact of delays to the project schedule, claims by contractor, identify potential disruptions to the construction progressQualifications:
Experience in a large project environment (industrial, pharmaceutical, technical)Business-related Degree or equivalent (relevant experience in lieu of degree will be considered)Demonstrated experience managing and understanding complex installation, supply, consulting services and construction contractsExcellent interpersonal, communication, negotiating, project management, planning and organizational skillsProven abilities (as they relate to contract management) in influencing internal and external parties, managing risk, and optimizing costs through innovationProficiency with MS Office including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.What you'll get from us:
