.Purpose of the role: As Indicia Worldwide accelerates its capability within the digital space, this role is critical to supporting our clients' pursuit of improved reach, targeting & personalisation within digital routes to market and an omni-channel strategy that offers a consumer a consistent experience across all platforms they engage with. A key part of this is to develop a best-in-class understanding of execution and optimisation in wider digital channels through the marketing technology stack available, and disseminate these learnings across Indicia. Key Responsibilities: Supporting the development of Indicia Worldwide's Customer Engagement Platform practices in line with partnership objectives and client development plans. Inputting to the development of Indicia Worldwide's CEP practice across Adobe, Braze, Iterable and Moengage in line with partnership objectives and client development plans. Keeping up to date with new and advancing technologies that will further our CEP offerings through additional opportunities across CDP and Insight technologies like Tealium, Segment and Amplitude. Support the PS element of scoping, planning and delivery of CEP and CDP implementations and migrations. Supporting the wider PS team in pre-sales activity through inputting to sales collateral. Inputting to the estimating process of digital centric solutions. Provide ideas and proposals that lead to the innovation and commoditisation of new or existing digital centric propositions into Indicia's client or prospective client base. Scope & Impact: Position is client and Client Services facing. Responsibility for supporting the development of Indicia's knowledge and usage of CEP and CDP tools. Deliverables will result in delivery of client projects on time and to budget. Strategic Planning & Decision Making: Actively engages and reviews client campaigns and projects and makes recommendations to ensure optimal and most efficient routes to delivery are achieved. Support of Indicia's Technology and Product Development roadmap. Input in to creating a longer-term digital roadmap to support Indicia's pre-sales process to new & existing clients. Relationships: Regular meetings with line manager to understand immediate and mid-term client requirements. Ad hoc meetings with Client Services and PM teams to understand immediate and mid-term client requirements. Ad hoc meetings with key vendors and partners e.G. Adobe, Braze & Tealium to maintain a steep product development learning curve. Working collaboratively with peers within Data Engineering, Project Management and Insight to determine the optimal solution for our customer as well as helping to troubleshoot issues with functionality and/or data. Key Experience, Skills and Knowledge: Demonstrable experience in a mainstream MarTech technologies toolset e.G. Braze, Iterable, Tealium, Segment, Amplitude, Adobe, Salesforce, Unica, Alterian etc
