The Associate Director for Public Events, Exhibitions, and Publications at IE School of Architecture and Design is a newly created position that requires a self-starting individual who understands the fields of architecture and design and can lead the development of a robust and rigorous series of events, exhibitions, and publications, in collaboration with University faculty, students, and staff.
These events should support the implementation of the vision of the School, with a focus on the contributions of creative industries to a more sustainable, just, and beautiful world.
The position involves managing multiple key projects and coordinating tasks among team members, departments, and partners in a timely manner; overseeing the implementation of guidelines and policies in both our Madrid and Segovia campuses.Responsibilities: Your role as Associate Director for Public Events, Exhibitions, and Publications will involve:Collaborating with Faculty and Staff to assemble an intellectually rigorous and timely series of events and publications that contribute to the positioning and continued intellectual development of the School.Serving as speakers to be part of an annual series of public events taking advantage of the different sites of the University, in Madrid and Segovia.Liaising with external players as required and managing international dissemination and/or distribution.Ensuring quality, both in content and in final production.#J-18808-Ljbffr
