On this occasion, our client is a Consumer Goods leading company, in a growing and transformation challenge period.RESPONSIBILITIESIdentify and develop strategic suppliers as part of the local sourcing strategy in order to maximize the opportunity for cost savings, whilst retaining quality.Excellence in delivery, safety, and environmental standards through effective contract negotiation and relationship management.Lead and develop a team of Professionals to ensure materials and resources are available to support the manufacturing and spare parts organization.Develop talent within the supply chain team to ensure succession plans are in place, to enable individual's career growth.Prepare and manage departmental budgets, and report performance through management review meetings and KPIs.Drive a culture of continuous improvement that encourages positive partner participation.Responsible for MRP and inventory management: forecasting inventory projections, tracking and monitoring inventory investment, and developing and coordinating action plans to achieve inventory reduction goals.Support the development of analysis of the supply base to improve the understanding of supplier positioning, vulnerability management, and contract development in line with the strategic requirements of the business.SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE5+ years of experience in a similar role, with a track record of successful supply chain leadership and implementing business process improvement strategies.Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or continuous process improvement methodologies.Good in using business process mapping tools to visualize and analyze workflows.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish, fluent in English.Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Adaptability and flexibility to adjust strategies and approaches in response to changing business needs.Strong analytical skills to analyze data and make decisions.WE OFFER YOUPotential to advance your career within a growing organization, recognized as a leader in its industry.Flexibility to work in a hybrid mode, blending remote and on-site work.#J-18808-Ljbffr
