Job Functions Responsible for maximizing site uptime and efficiency Control and responsible for all site operations Has knowledge of all department functions and able to step into these functions Organize and control each position, working shifts, vacation Oversee and prepare each day, instruct leads/departments on daily tasks Prioritize site tasks Ensures a safe, secure, and legal work environment Executes systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards Serve as an escalation contact for more complex or sensitive technology challenges Contribute to creating and maintaining documentation for a knowledge base and self-service portal Ensure all security standards to be compliant with the company security policies Keeps the inventory up to date, receives deliveries on the site Manages each department to function as one Executes implementation of new safety measures on site according to guidelines Conduct HR meetings with Employees on site, discuss environment safety Contractor Agreement handbook creation Place all orders for site operations, inventory all equipment and tools on site Perform all HR related functions Position requires little to no supervision Extensive knowledge of company safety policies and applicable Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards Arrange weekly calls with Senior Management Meet weekly with other Site managers to share knowledge Job Location Uruguay Minimum Requirements At least 5 years in a leading operational role At least 5 years experience in managing industrial operations or data centers Proven project management track record Fluent in English and Spanish Knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Office Communicative, reliable and self-starter attitude #J-18808-Ljbffr
