Job Functions:Responsible for maximizing site uptime and efficiencyControl and responsible for all site operationsHas knowledge of all department functions and able to step into these functionsOrganize and control each position, working shifts, vacationOversee and prepare each day, instruct leads/departments on daily tasksPrioritize site tasksEnsures a safe, secure, and legal work environmentExecutes systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standardsServe as an escalation contact for more complex or sensitive technology challengesContribute to creating and maintaining documentation for a knowledge base and self-service portalEnsure all security standards to be compliant with the company security policiesKeep the inventory up to date, receives deliveries on the siteManage each department to function as oneExecute implementation of new safety measures on site according to guidelinesConduct HR meetings with Employees on site, discuss environment safetyContractor Agreement handbook creationPlace all orders for site operations, inventory all equipment and tools on sitePerform all HR related functionsPosition requires little to no supervisionExtensive knowledge of company safety policies and applicable Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standardsArrange weekly calls with Senior ManagementMeet weekly with other Site managers to share knowledgeJob Location:Uruguay
Minimum Requirements:At least 5 years in a leading operational roleAt least 5 years experience in managing industrial operations or data centersProven project management track recordFluent in English and SpanishKnowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft OfficeCommunicative, reliable and self-starter attitude
