col-wideJob Description:Palma, Spain- Spain, Spain-- 127545-- Hybrid-- Permanent-- Full Time-- 40Joining the TUI Global Business Services Team as a R2R Finance Team Lead you will coordinate the General Ledger (GL) activities to provide a high level of service and support to the internal customer acting as main point of contact for Record to Report Manager.**ABOUT THE JOB**- Assist the Record to Report Manager in ensuring the financial integrity of the TUI MM legal entities executing Account Closing transactions and reconcile complex balance sheet accounts- Ensure all balance sheet accounts are reconciled in line with Group standards- Produce statutory reports including Year to date analysis and comments to ensure completeness of the data presented- Liaise with Record to Report Manager in assist external and internal audits- Ensure that inter-company accounts are fully reconciled on a timely basis work across departments- Management, implementation and monitoring of procedures and new processes- Ensure compliance to all internal business processes- Additionally, you will address complaints, resolve issues and propose improvements for the business**ABOUT YOU**- University degree or equivalent in a related field (e.g. Accounting, Business Administration or similar)- Advanced English skills, both verbal and written, required. Any additional language skills advantageous- A methodical, organised approach to the execution of assigned tasks and responsibilities- Strong Excel skills.
