Joining the TUI Global Business Services Team as a R2R Finance Team Lead you will coordinate the General Ledger (GL) activities to provide a high level of service and support to the internal customer acting as main point of contact for Record to Report Manager.ABOUT THE JOBAssist the Record to Report Manager in ensuring the financial integrity of the TUI MM legal entities executing Account Closing transactions and reconcile complex balance sheet accountsEnsure all balance sheet accounts are reconciled in line with Group standardsProduce statutory reports including Year to date analysis and comments to ensure completeness of the data presentedLiaise with Record to Report Manager in assist external and internal auditsEnsure that inter-company accounts are fully reconciled on a timely basis work across departmentsManagement, implementation and monitoring of procedures and new processesEnsure compliance to all internal business processesAdditionally, you will address complaints, resolve issues and propose improvements for the businessABOUT YOUUniversity degree or equivalent in a related field (e.G. Accounting, Business Administration or similar)Advanced English skills, both verbal and written, required. Any additional language skills advantageousCandidates with a SAP experience will be advantageousA methodical, organised approach to the execution of assigned tasks and responsibilitiesStrong Excel skills.
