NoOffer Description The Nanoionics and Fuel Cells team is a dynamic group focusing on the development of solid-state energy conversion devices. We are seeking a post-doc in the field of energy storage using solid oxide cells. The research will involve the development of ceramic cells and the electrochemical characterization of the devices. The position is for an experienced researcher (R2) in energy chemical storage using solid oxide electrolysis (SOEC) technology. The aim is to investigate new materials, architectures, and microstructures to improve efficiency and scale up the technology, rationalized by modeling to ensure predicted improvements.Requirements Education Level: PhD or equivalent in Chemistry, Physics, Material Engineering & Science, Chemical Engineering, or related areas.Skills/Qualifications:Hold a PhD in relevant areas.Experience in ceramics processing.Experience in materials for energy and energy storage.Preferred knowledge in ceramic manufacturing technologies.Experience in electrochemical energy storage and advanced materials for energy.Good communication skills; ability to convey complex scientific information.Experience in collaborative research projects.Scientific publications related to energy materials.Fluent in English.Personal Skills:Team WorkerInitiative in Research and InnovationFlexibilityResults-orientedAnalytical and synthesis capabilitiesRequired Documents: Curriculum Vitae, specifying the completed degree and any relevant professional experience.Where to apply E-mail: ****** Requirements: The candidate must have high education qualifications and more than 4 years of experience in materials science for energy applications, with proven knowledge of energy storage or ceramic processing.
