Features of the job:Plan, coordinate and conduct all sales activities of the Motel One hotel.Plan, coordinate and conduct customer events and guided tours of the hotel.Acquire corporate customers and negotiate and conclude contracts with them.Cultivate existing customers.Work on various reports, including forecasts and competitor analyses.Gain insights into new tasks by working together with other departments.Forecast assistance in budget preparation.Preparation of business actions and assistance to fairs and events related to sales and tourism.Furthermore, you are open, have good communication skills, a neat outer appearance, positive charisma, and good manners.
You are good at negotiating and come across as a convincing personality who enjoys being proactive in sales.
