We are looking for a MEP consultant to join our department of Property and Investment, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience.Role accountabilities:Effectively contribute to the implementation and development of technical Due Diligences in Real Estate transactions.Ability to prioritize risks in a building's day-to-day operation.Ability to estimate high-level capex estimations for MEP risks related to lack of maintenance and life cycle replacement periods.Willing to learn local codes related to buildings, including fire safety and statutory inspections of building services installations.Capability to estimate and breakdown investment costs to revert asset's defects and/or legal non-conformities related to building services installations.Work on multiple Transaction Advisory engagements in Portugal.Demonstrate the ability to assimilate new knowledge.Contribute to the team's good productivity and motivation with good communication and cooperation to guarantee the best result.Qualifications & Experience:Essential:Academic Degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering or similar technical field of studies.+2 years of relevant professional experience (including plumbing, electrical, and mechanical installations).Background in a consulting environment is valuable.Ability to work in multicultural projects and environments.Portuguese speaker with full English proficiency (written and spoken).Skills and attributes for success:Passionate about buildings
