About the role Primary purpose: Design and implement campaigns to achieve acquisition targets for digital channels in Spain and Portugal.
Job summary: The primary objective of this position is to analyze, track and execute digital marketing campaigns. The role will be in charge of reporting and performing other administrative tasks related to the campaigns and the OSP's. Prepare and execute Digital distribution strategy as well as budget management. Support or handle direct marketing programs in digital distribution, to promote customer acquisition or cross-sell of products and services. Perform market research projects. Participate in product development process. Digital Channel Management: Create, manage, and implement integrated digital marketing strategy. Responsible for executing digital content strategies including content strategy development (including tone of voice), planning, analysis and governance in-line with customer acquisition, maturation and retention objectives as part of defined lifecycle marketing model. Leverage digital marketing best practices and tools to attract, target, convert and retain customers through harnessing the collective deployment of Search, Display, Social, Targeting tactics and testing. Constantly perform market research, and use customer feedback mechanisms, digital tools and digital analytics to heighten customer experience and financial goals. Digital marketing agency management. Digital Campaign Management: Define standardized customer-centric processes for the effective management of digital marketing campaigns and corresponding tools. Establish and drive cross sell initiatives to increase retention and drive acquisition. Manage digital retention programs, marketing campaigns and programs to enhance customer acquisition and repeat purchase. Establish and monitor industry level benchmarks for digital marketing performance and digital customer experience. Adobe Experience management knowledge. Financial: Cooperate to goals achievement, in terms of acquisition and budget management. Measurement: Identify campaign optimization opportunities to fulfill key business goals. Report, track, analyze and optimize digital campaigns and messaging to increase conversion across new business, retention and cross sell. Prepare and manage regular management reports for digital production metrics, customer engagement/experience and analytics. Manage and reconcile digital marketing budgets in tandem with peer business functions. SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Relevant and extensive work experience with extensive understanding of Digital Marketing and e-commerce practices. Experienced in the management of integrated marketing and cross-discipline marketing concepts from creation to implementation. Solid understanding of the digital marketing including web, mobile, content management, media and advertising. Strong interest in digital marketing, data analytics and data-driven business performance management. High degree of professional confidence and credibility with effective presence, strong written and verbal communication skills, able to communicate concepts and plans that resonate with internal target audience at all levels. Outstanding skills in business computing (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint) and digital analytics tools, particularly digital marketing, content management and tracking tools. Strong knowledge of competitor or "best in class" functionality and a keen ability to prioritize tasks to deliver quick yet meaningful results. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
