If you have a passion for delivering successful projects, possess excellent leadership abilities, and have a background in Civil Engineering with extensive experience in construction, we want to hear from you!Apply now and be part of our dynamic and innovative team.RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop a detailed construction procedure for Data Centers.Establish an orderly and digital process for the project commissioning and handover.Coordinate the H&S; and Sustainability Plan.Implement the digital construction process. Define tools and scope for 4D, 5D & 6D management.DfmA strategyLocate key supply chain and sister companies.Plan and coordinate construction activities, ensuring efficient resource utilization.Monitor project performance, define the project objectives and make critical decisions.Manage client relationships and commercial aspects of the contract.Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaborationREQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Building Construction. Minimum 10 years of experience.Fluent in English and Spanish for effective communication.Proven track record in delivering complex projects.Proficiency in Commissioning processes for Data Centers.Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills.Strategic thinking and adaptability to change.
