(R032) | Field Service Engineer

Overview:
We are looking for our next Service Technician that will be responsible for understanding the customers' requests, identifying parts needed, making a quote (together with the spare parts department), and following up on the quote. You will receive and manage the order until the parts have arrived at the customer. This role involves a lot of external contact with customers, as well as with JBT colleagues, supporting and organizing the schedule for technicians.
Responsibilities:
Understand customer requests
Identify parts needed
Create quotes in collaboration with the spare parts department
Follow up on quotes
Receive and manage orders until parts are delivered to the customer
Engage in external communication with customers and internal coordination with colleagues
Support and organize technicians' schedules
Qualifications:
Education in a technical field or equivalent work experience
Several years of experience in a similar position
Valid driver's license
Proficiency in English is a must
Additional language skills are a plus due to the international nature of our company
