After its successful debut, the resort will reopen to guests in March 2025, reaffirming its status as a unique destination of luxury and elegance on the island.Key Responsibilities: Support the Front Office Manager in overseeing daily front desk operations.Assist in managing guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations to ensure smooth processes.Supervise and train front desk staff to maintain high service standards.Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests efficiently.Ensure the front office team provides exceptional guest experiences and maintains hotel policies.Our Ideal Assistant Front Office Manager candidate will have: Hospitality Experience: Proven experience in hotel operations, specifically in front office management or related roles, demonstrating a strong understanding of guest services and hotel procedures.Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate front office staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment while ensuring high standards of guest service.Customer Service Orientation: A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service, with the ability to handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with guests, team members, and other departments.Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities to manage daily operations, including check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and billing procedures, ensuring smooth front office functionality.#J-18808-Ljbffr
