We are looking for a passionate Lead Website Software Engineer to join us as Technical lead and Software Developer.You will be part of a rapidly growing team, take part have the opportunity to drive the Vodafone IoT Digital customer experience through portal and website development and will be in charge of the following responsibilities:Build high quality, well-tested softwareSelect the most appropriate technologies aligning with the wider IoT Digital team to promote a culture of re-use across our Digital solutionsWork with product teams and UX design to understand and define the deliverable requirements to meet customer experience expectations and timescaleDefine technical improvement areas and drive the software implementations with the best suited technologies and optimizing costTroubleshoot, maintain and optimise the solutionWhat you bring:6+ Years of experience as a software engineer in website developmentDegree in Computer Engineering or Computer ScienceProven experience in modern software development deploymentStrong experience of ReactStrong experience with following technologies: TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS, HTML 5Bonus points if you have:Proven software development experience with microservices on cloud hyperscales (AWS, Azure), Kubernetes and DockerProven experience of unit integration testing frameworksExperience with web service technologies (REST, JSON, XML)Not a perfect fit?Together we can: At Vodafone, we are dedicated to fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment.
