They work closely on commercial opportunities to strengthen and expand business, including driving the doer/seller culture.
They support service line activities and technical competence development within the section aligned with Energy Systems strategy.
The Team Lead Policies and Transactions (SEMELA) has a strong focus on delivery and utilization, gains efficiency within the section.
They partner with Heads of Section, KAMs, MAMs and Segment Leads in delivering an excellent customer experience while stimulating collaboration within their team as well across the organization.Together with the Head of Section, they must ensure that they have the right number of staff with the right capabilities and strive for a high performing collaborative culture and exceptional employee experience.We work in dynamic project teams, in close cooperation with our clients in the Energy industry.
