As the Head of Marketing Growth for Southern Europe, you will lead the growth strategies and go-to-market (GTM) initiatives across multiple regions, including France, Spain, and Italy.You will be responsible for launching, tracking, and optimizing programs and campaigns to acquire and move prospects and customers down the funnel, ultimately generating pipeline and revenue.This role involves managing a small team and collaborating closely with sales, partner marketing, and regional teams to build and activate a comprehensive growth strategy.What You Will Do:Lead acquisition campaigns across multiple channels from ideation to reporting, including Paid (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, Capterra/GetApp) and Organic (Social Media) platforms.Develop and execute demand generation programs (events, partner marketing, advertising) with messaging tailored to specific personas and target audiences.Collaborate closely with sales teams to align on personas, messaging, and support collateral for lead nurturing, account-based marketing (ABM), and partner-based marketing (PBM).Plan and manage multi-channel lead generation campaigns, with a focus on partner and ideal customer profile (ICP) targets in Southern Europe.Own the marketing budget for new business and customer retention, ensuring alignment with sales initiatives and quarterly business plans.Oversee and coordinate key tradeshows and events across France, Spain, and Italy, ensuring strategic partner involvement.Create and orchestrate co-marketing activities with key partners in Southern Europe to drive demand and generate new business pipeline.Improve lead nurturing streams to ensure smooth progression through the sales funnel.Collaborate with the global content team to adapt and activate content for the French, Spanish, and Italian markets.Oversee and collaborate with a team, including event and partner marketing interns, to ensure activities are executed effectively and partners are strategically leveraged.Analyze campaign performance, identify insights (key wins, challenges, opportunities), and take actions to optimize results.Explore and identify new growth opportunities for customer acquisition and engagement
