Beyond that, employees become our critical asset for our business continuity and success.MisiónWe are looking for our Headquarters in Madrid a HR Generalist who will join the Human Resources department.FuncionesSupport the design, launch, implementation, and monitoring of Human Resources projects such as:Human Resources Development: collaborate with the centers of Excellence in the annual Talent Review program, 360º assessment, professional development plans, mobility programs, etc.Compensation and Benefits: management of the annual objectives process and salary review.Engagement: collaborate with the centers of Excellence in the engagement programs and actions.Training: collaborate in the implementation of the training plan, detection of training and development needs, management of training actions.Organization: definition and evaluation of positions, job classifications, and comprehensive HR management systems.Data Management & Reporting: management of the data necessary for the Human Resources Scorecard, carry out administrative tasks for the proper functioning of the area.Support and advice: the employees from the unit, in all Human Resources processes required.Habilidades y experiencia- Bachelor's degree or postgraduate in related field. Other specializations with the required experience will also be valuable.- At least 10 years of experience in the People and Talent field.- Previous experience managing Talent projects will be valuable.- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and working with key senior positions.- Collaborative skills, strategic vision, push to make things happen and hunger to succeed.- English is a must.
