What you'll do: Learn about the corporate travel industry.
Collect feedback from interdepartmental teams to improve platform functionality.
Lead the vision of the UX for every project by working with the designers and development team to ensure an exceptional user experience.
Create the user stories and the acceptance criteria for the engineering team.
Collaborate closely with the design team to create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows for new features and improvements to existing products.
Work with the development team resolving doubts in order to create and improve product features.
Coordinate and support the QA process for new platform releases.
Obtain data and analyze data in order to make good decisions.
How we imagine you: Knowledge in the Corporate Travel industry.
2+ years of experience as Product Manager or Product Owner focused on user experience from a technical point of view.
Experience developing product(s) from zero to first release and beyond.
Strong Project Management skills, to organize development projects (SDLC).
Advanced level of written and spoken Spanish & English.
Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and determine task urgency.
Familiarity with different tools like Notion or other management tools.
Proactive and goal-oriented with strong management and organizational skills.
Open-mindedness, resilience, change management capacity, empathy, and energy are essential soft skills.
Ability to present and defend new ideas that add value to the company's operations.
Adaptability to an environment of constant transformation and digitization.
