TradeTheNews is looking for an Executive Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and accounting (A/R) tasks and support our company's senior-level managers.**Shift**:Flexible Hours**Compensation**:Competitive salary based on experience.**Employment Type**:Remote, part-time to full-time, with vacation days.**Location**:Remote in your home office anywhere in the world. Must be diligent,

focused and have a quiet designated work space.**Job Duties**:- Call & coordinate clients with overdue invoices.- Client liaison for account billing questions.- Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.- Work with sales team to identify selling opportunities and accounts at risk- Charge expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports; recording entries.- Maintain accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions.- Verify vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions and assist to maintain and improve budgets- Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential.- Help lead executive research and report existing and new vendor opportunities. Coordinate exec individual schedules and tasks.**Skills and Qualifications**: Accounting Degree - Chartered Accountant preferred, Quickbooks Online, Account Receivable and Collections, Tracking Budget Expenses, Attention to Detail, Thoroughness, Organization, Analyzing Information, Accounting, Client & Vendor Relationships, Data Entry Skills, Excellent Math Skills.Interested in joining our global team?**Please Submit**:1) Resume2)
