Main Responsibilities
The Alumni & ID Division is in charge of its own data.
It is important to ensure its accuracy, relevance, and quality.
This goes hand in hand with designing/supervising all the different processes that collect this information.
One of the major challenges and projects we are undergoing is the creation of a 360º vision of the entire alumni community.
This vision encompasses different variables related to time, contribution, and participation with all the services and activities.
This administrative position is a great opportunity to grow in a privileged environment, work with the IT division, and manage data-driven projects.
The position will be critical to move under the data-driven organization, where the alumni community is one of the main assets to leverage and of interest of IESE.
Main Objectives Ensure the correct collection of data from the equipment.Find relevant insights to provide strategic business value.Data Quality Ownership.Lead the projects evolution or modification of the data ecosystem: database, data flow, etc.Detect inefficiencies in the current model to optimize them for future developments.Lead advanced analytics and machine learning projects: Detect fraud, predict market patterns, advise operations, and better segment and personalize approaches to individual alumni to engage them within the alumni community and the school.Be part of the leading team of the Data architecture office to be launched in the near future. Key Responsibilities Contributes learnings and observations as input to the overall alumni strategy.Collates data inputs to be used for the different reports at alumni and other related areas.Evaluates the deployment of necessary resources to promote better alumni segmentation and services to different targets.Supports setting up data and reports necessary to generate insights that can help in future decision-making.Advises at the technical level to further develop marketing and communications plans for the different pillars of the AA value proposition.Partners with senior leaders, IT, and other entities within IESE to enhance the alumni data.Tracks results and execution of priority projects based on the plans of the Alumni team.Gathers data for best practice sharing & benchmarking. Tasks Design dashboards that give stakeholders and the whole company a holistic view.Audit financial reports, Membership Forecast, and Reports.Manage tickets to ensure processes are working.Identify critical metrics and KPIs and deliver actionable insights to relevant decision-makers.Provide support in alumni segmentation & reporting official numbers.Interpret data, analyze results, and leverage quantitative methods to make business recommendations.Database maintenance and coordination with external service providers for projects. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong knowledge of project management as well as strong MS Office knowledge (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint), skills in Data Analytics.High level of MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint are mandatory).Team player with a consumer mindset (i.e., global alumni) and strong business acumen.Business know-how of end-to-end operations.Proven excellent oral and written communication skills, especially when interacting with different levels of seniority.Ability to work in a primarily academic environment with different international cultures.Business- and solution-oriented mindset.Confident, positive, and self-starter with a proactive mindset.Analytical skills & Problem-solving skills.A methodical and logical approach.The ability to plan work and meet deadlines.Accuracy and attention to detail.Bachelor's degree in technical areas or equivalent combination of education and work experience.Demonstrate ability to manage projects with experience in working with cross-functional teams.Fluent in English, and/or Spanish; other European languages are a plus.Experience in hybrid technologies is a plus.Proof of training in Project Management tools and Business Intelligence platforms or databases.
