This position will be part of a dedicated team for our largest client accounts (client facing experience is a must!), working side by side with our social media hub streamlining all our social efforts and leading the Nordics and Benelux region.ResponsibilitiesSuccessfully drive all social media channels of our automotive partner while increasing their value. From content and channel strategy to campaign execution, and any other type of digital project that might be thrown your way.Build and sustain relationships with market client, while ensuring that client relationships at all levels are fostered within the team.Ensure the highest-quality work is provided in a timely, cost-effective manner, with a focus on effective processes across the team. Responsible for guaranteeing that the final deliverables and outcomes are consistent with the brief timeline, client's strategy, brand, and creative goals, as well as our own quality standards.You will be responsible for tracking, communicating, and negotiating timelines, budgets, assets, goals, and expectations with stakeholders, and various global teams across the organisation.Look beyond the day-to-day needs of current work, ensuring the long-term stability and growth of the relationship and revenue.Align and work collaboratively with the different stakeholders across TME and client in order to establish the best strategic approach to the project.Drive growth and investment decisions that ensure account revenue and profitability goals are met.Work with the markets towards achieving the desired profitability on Social Media.Detect and activate business opportunities.Effectively build trust and establish positive relationships with clients.Collaborate with the Business lead, Program lead and Operations lead to identify problems and recommend solutions.Mentor, manage, and grow a team of direct reports.Manage performance reviews, coaching to maximise success, identify training needs for improved performance, setting goals for career development, and ensure actions are taken.Provide education and training on best practices, social media principles, and industry at large.Participate in the interview process for junior team members' roles.
