Product Owner SD Worx specializes in human resources management providing a full-service offer to its clients: Payroll, HR and Tax & Legal advice.

Key AccountabilitiesAs a Product Owner, you will mainly be responsible for generating product requirements according to customers and market needs and communicate them to all the stakeholders.
Below is the list of key tasks:
You create mock-ups and dynamic prototypes.As a true referent, you communicate product requirements through clear and detailed documentation within your squad to your team of Developers: user stories, standard requirements, and flowchart construction.You actively support Development, QA, and Knowledge transfer teams throughout the whole sprint.You also participate in the acceptance testing strategy with our QA team and intervene during the functional acceptance testing if necessary.You ensure the quality of the final product in direct contact with the QA team at the end of the test campaigns.You are occasionally involved in other product management activities (reviewing and prioritizing test scenarios, deep testing and troubleshooting, creating user guides).ExpectationsExperiences & Knowledge Degree in any related IT fields with at least 3-5 years' hands-on experience in product ownership activities.Proven business and systems analysis skills.Ability to translate input into well-structured requirements.Proficiency with UX prototyping tools (Axure or Balsamiq).Fluent in English both written and spoken.SQL, PL/SQL queries/procedures.Strong can-do attitude, problem-solving skills.High level of self-motivation.Proven experience in an Agile context based on Scrum framework.Desirable Multinational exposure & experience.French speaking.Knowledge of HR industry and vocabulary.Knowledge of RESTful API and Postman.Experience of working with issue tracking systems and documentation tools.BenefitsSD Worx offers you, besides a competitive salary and benefits package, the autonomy and flexibility to take ownership of your work.
