Seeing ahead to future possibilities and translating them into breakthrough strategies.Collection development in partnership with Flavour Technology and Culinary foundations, Flavour Technology Business Development, and Portfolio Manager.NPD to scale up in factory - Using technical expertise to develop, create, innovate, and commercialize.
Link with operations teams to ensure efficient manufacturing of developed seasonings.Understanding of the full range of Kerry Technologies and ability to build that into the development of Snack seasonings.
Leading key internal and external projects, building partnerships, and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.Work independently on projects/briefs liaising with Account Managers, managing customer expectations, attending customer visits, and ensuring timelines are met - Understanding of project management.Commercial awareness to ensure development of cost-effective formulas providing value to our customers, along with cost optimization projects to achieve PIP (Profit Improving Programme) objectives in alignment with Regional PIP leads.Understand systems and RD&A ways of working including Salesforce (Opportunity management), Optiva (recipe creation), MDG (requesting new or extending raw materials), SAP.Manage, mentor, train and develop internal talent aligning career development goals with organizational objectives.#J-18808-Ljbffr
