Our Advanced Suspension Technologies Business is looking for a Program Manager to join our team in Ermua, Spain.What will you do: Ensure a high level of integration and collaboration with the plants and Launch Managers in their programDrive to meet customer targetsVerify the CARs and Business Cases are reasonable and achievableEnsure effective and timely scope management with emphasis on customer scope changes and executes the Scope Change process and approvalManage program trade off analysis - balancing cost, time, product, and resourcesTake an active "go and verify" approach to program by personally visiting the plants and suppliers at appropriate intervalsIdentify program risks earlyWhat will make you successful: Master's degree (preferable in mechanical or electromechanical engineering)PMP/ PMI certification is preferredExperience in key functional areas: Program Management, Engineering, Operations, Quality or PurchasingKnowledge of production, supply chain, logistics processesWorking knowledge of APQP/ PPAP processAbility to lead, motivate and drive a cross-functional teamFluency in English and Spanish required; German language is preferredAbility to travelWhat we offer?
