What you will contribute: Lead the design and development work on a digital platform for a very renowned client with cross-functional teams, several partner agencies, and several stakeholder groups.
Collaborate with the team and stakeholders to always chase the best possible outcome by following a joint vision.
Drive constant optimization of the way we work, in the project, cross-department, and as a partner for our client.
Constantly manage stakeholder expectations and communicate transparently around budget, timings, and scope.
Empower the project teams by leveraging your expertise around communication workshops, retrospectives, and other team-building activities.
Provide stability and clarity around topics surrounded in complexity and uncertainty.
What you have to bring: Three years of proven project management experience in software development, ideally web development with several stakeholder groups and cross-functional teams.
Experience working in increments and empowering a team to do so.
Experience in working with Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.
Very good German and English language skills.
Experience with digital platforms.
You highly enjoy working in an environment with flat hierarchies and are a true motivator and mediator for your colleagues.
