As a Solution Specialist on our team, you will:
Attract new customers by maximizing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with colleagues.Provide technical product insights and overviews that align with customer needs.Provide innovative ideas and technical knowledge to accelerate customer success in the cloud.Review and confirm implementation requirements and pricing calculations as needed.Demonstrate technical and business solutions to customers through Teams.Function as the main technical contact for the SMB Vendor Tele team and potential customers.Conduct group and individual training sessions within the Center on your areas of expertise.Continually learn about the latest developments in cloud solutions and pricing, both from Microsoft and competitors.Your Qualifications:We welcome game-changers from diverse backgrounds.

Are fluent in Dutch (native or professional level) as well as English.Have at least a bachelor degree.Have 3-6+ years of experience in technology-related sales or business development.Have at least Fundamentals certification (required); L200 certification is a plus.Have broad knowledge of and ability to explain key user scenarios and technical architectures for productivity and communications solutions.Have knowledge of identity, authentication, security, privacy and compliance and how these factors play a role in cloud and hybrid solutions (preferred).Understand cloud implementation and adoption planning.Have experience with cloud-based productivity, collaboration and communication solutions, migrations and technology management.Have a proven track record of outstanding performance and goal achievement.Possess exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to succeed in a customer-facing role.
