Position Overview: We are looking for a highly strategic and driven Director of Global Product Marketing to disrupt the Field Services industry vertical with our AI-native, Workflow-based platform.
This role will define and execute product marketing strategies across multiple regions, driving market positioning, customer engagement, and product adoption.
Based in India, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure a cohesive global growth approach.
Key Responsibilities: Global Product Positioning: Develop and refine the value proposition, messaging, and positioning for our PaaS solutions, ensuring they resonate with the unique needs of different regions (UK, Europe, US, Latin America, APAC).
Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes, translating these insights into actionable marketing strategies.
Customer Engagement: Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to create compelling customer-facing materials, case studies, presentations, and content that drive demand and customer engagement.
Product Launches: Lead the global launch of new products and features, ensuring successful rollouts across different geographies with consistent messaging and positioning.
Analyst Relations: Drive the efforts to position Zinier as a disruptor and leader in the Field Service domain with analyst firms such as Gartner, IDC, Forrester, G2, etc.
Sales Enablement: Equip the global sales team with tools, resources, and training to effectively position and sell the product portfolio, including developing product collateral, sales presentations, and training programs
