You will be supporting Thermo Fisher Scientific products to both internal and external customers.
What will you do: Accurately record pertinent information from customer contacts in Customer Relationship Management system.
Recommend and implement improvements in processes, FAQ, and technical information.
Participate in additional special team or individual projects.
Education and competencies required: A Master's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry or a similar field.
1-5 years laboratory experience.
Effective communication, both written and oral.
Customer-centric attitude.
Proficient in Italian and English.
