This position will give you the opportunity to expand your skills and experience working on mission-critical infrastructure service delivery for diverse wholesale and colocation data center clients.
This role coordinates and manages the teams responsible for providing technical, telecom, security, mechanical, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) services and operations for Salute's diverse portfolio.
This position will work a hybrid pattern of some work from home and office work in Barcelona, Madrid and oversee some other European locations. Requirements:Direct line manager responsible for site engineers working on sites within EuropeOversee and manage site teams to implement established processes and procedures across EuropeAvailability for escalations 24/7 on a rota basisEnsure accuracy and governance of maintenance MOPs and equipment SOPs to ensure quality and accuracy, and conformance with company standardsOversee and manage Change Management activity, to ensure accuracy of information and quality of supporting documentationCollect and report operating metrics for sites to track and monitor site performance and efficiencyCoordinate major activities among sites and track major outstanding issues to resolutionManage relationships with customers, suppliers and internal teamsManage multiple complex projects simultaneouslySolve complex problems, discuss operations with clients, and relay needs to teamsInterpret instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule formCreate effective presentations and communicate with internal and external customersDemonstrate commitment to customer service for both coworkers and customersEnsure a consistent service across every site in line with company and contract requirementsAny other duties as required by SaluteQualifications:A bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and a minimum 5 years of related leadership experience, or 8 years of data center related experience in lieu of a bachelor's degreeExperience leading teams in a fast-paced and ever-changing dynamic environmentAbility to travel up to 50% to meet with teams and customersAdvanced analytical and quantitative skillsExcellent verbal and written communications skills to effectively respond to sensitive and complex issuesExcellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a willingness to accept new ideas and proceduresExperience using Microsoft Office tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and Word to create presentations and reportsWork well under pressure with a proactive approachExperience using datacentre change request software and ticketing systemsPay: 60,000.00€ - 70,000.00€ per year
