Atlantis HR is looking for a Project Manager (M/F) #Construction in Madrid for a client, an international design and construction group specialising in complex buildings.
Vos missions: Be the client's main contact for the commercial, contractual and project relationship.
Lead the design phase in collaboration with our teams of French specialists.
Coordinate the construction work with our on-site engineers and sub-contractors.
Manage all internal project stakeholders.
Operations prior to acceptance and commissioning.
Manage the financial and timing aspects of the overall project.
Vos compétences: As a Mechanical, Electrical or Civil engineer, you have a minimum of 15 years of experience on big industrial building projects with high added technical value and tight deadlines.
Speaking fluently Spanish and English, a good level in French would be a plus.
