This approach, coupled with our dynamic working environment, makes Siegfried an attractive employer.Your RoleThe job holder:Acts as the key user of the HRIS suite during a project and/or operational phase, learning the administration and maintenance of the selected solution.Supports the Senior Manager Global HR Digital Transformation in managing the HRIS governance, risk and issue resolution, ensuring the defined scope, functionality and quality of deliverables.Supports the transition from HRIS Suite project to HR operations: Trains HR Key Users and local HR teams to ensure change management, smooth training, and transition of the project to the other HRIS Key Users to support continuity of maintenance post-implementation.Is accountable as first level support of the HRIS Suite to all HR users, globally (SPoC).Is responsible to provide technical guidance and direction to HR personnel and HR Business partners related to operation and maintenance of HRIS suite.Is familiar with the HR Service Catalogue and its representation in the HRIS Suite.Provides HR technical and end-user trainings to different populations within Siegfried.Is familiar with the integration to all surrounding systems and knows what information flows when, where and how.Interfaces directly with the IT department for second level support topics.Interfaces directly with the vendor or implementation partners for third level support topics.Is accountable for testing of releases and changes in the HRIS Suite.Supports the Senior Manager Global HR Digital Transformation in the preparation and execution of the Change Advisory Board meetings.Supports the HRIS Governance and contributes to keeping it up-to-date and complete.Is responsible for the project portfolio, evaluation/procurement (in collaboration with procurement), planning, and business analysis for all HRIS systems and processes across Siegfried.Supports effective HRIS project communication to all key stakeholders (IT, procurement, HR, Workers Councils if applicable), managing the project scope, risk and issue resolution, ensuring the defined scope, functionality and quality of project deliverables.Ensures transition from HR projects to HR operations: trains HR Key Users and local HR teams to ensure change management, smooth handover and transition of the projects to the HRIS Key Users to support continuity of maintenance post-implementation.Your Profile3 years' functional and technical experiences with cloud-based HR Information Suites.
Preferably Workday, preferably in the GMP area.Bachelor's degree in the field of Information Management or Business Administration.Fluency in English is critical.
Additional languages are a plus.Strong understanding of HR business processes.Strong customer and service mindset combined with a strong solution and result orientation.Good communicator, excellent in organizing work and prioritizing under pressure.Solid skills in training and explaining systems to end users.Experience with Integrations (interfaces, files/data feeds).Project management qualification would be highly preferable.Proficiency with Microsoft Office with advanced knowledge of Excel.Experience in international and multicultural organizations.Working at SiegfriedSiegfried's work environment is dynamic and international.
